Take this test carefully and in writing. Its result will accompany you for the rest of your life as a real measure of inner development.

  1. How many times a day do you feel like criticizing, judging, or silencing someone?
  1. How many times a day do you feel like not telling the truth, hiding something, or manipulating?
  1. How many times a day do you feel anger, irritation, envy, fear, anxiety, shame, guilt, helplessness, or powerlessness?
  1. How many times a day do you blame yourself or others, feel like a victim, or impose guilt on others yourself?
  1. How many times a day are you convinced that you are right, judging the world, people, and yourself through the lens of what you see (and not what you understand)?

  • S = the sum of daily self-destructive behaviors (the number of points from the test)

Why This Journey?
We live in times of two Apocalypses: external (the global collapse of the world) and internal (the collapse of the old “self").
Traditional psychology does not solve any human problem – it polishes personality. Even if it helps you understand the nature of childhood trauma, your human potential lies beyond the scope of this method.
Working with the Jungian shadow or endless techniques for working with the power of the mind are, in terms of real human potential, traps and fraud.
Traditional religion
It has failed, giving knowledge of God, rituals, and forms without power. It is religion for failures.
Human spirituality
An endless marketplace of ideas - vibrations, meditations, schemes, paths. A labyrinth with no exit.
Common denominator
All paths deceive us about our true Self - the key to real potential.
The True Self – The Key to Victory over Self-Destruction (falsehood, hypocrisy, toxic living, burnout, depression, helplessness)
This Self is our childhood Self. The Bible speaks of it as the “first love” (Revelation 2:4). This Self can only be awakened in times of crisis.
A midlife crisis and the crisis of our times (the Apocalypse) are perfectly suited for this. In fact, that’s exactly what they are for!
But for the crisis to become your ally, you must activate your most precious and necessary resource - your childhood Self.
Your current social personality is a prison for your true childhood Self!
And now, go through our 5-Step process.
5-Step Process - remember your childhood self and bear good fruit
01. Self-perception
Describe five or more personality traits for which you are accepted, liked, and respected by others. Then describe five or more of your most negative character traits. These are the aspects you hide from others, and perhaps even from yourself.
02. Noble qualities
Describe five or more of your most noble, creative, idealistic, and exciting character traits. You may not be fully aware of them, or you may hide them.
03. Epic image
Connect with your epic nature and describe the highest vision of your life. What kind of people surround you in that vision?
04. Desire of the heart
Go deep into your heart. Is there an epic task waiting for you there? Can you name the greatest desire of your heart?
05. Choose your path
Ask yourself this question: What is more valuable to you – your ordinary, mortal self (Step 1), or your immortal childhood Self – the seed of a new, reborn human being (Steps 2–4)?
